Subscriber Agreement to be completed, signed (preferably by a key person w/in the organization, i.e. CEO, CTO, Director, Secretary, etc.) and sent back to Comodo CA.  This agreement covers all publicly-trusted Certificates orders via retail and reseller with the exception of Code-Signing Certificates.
