The Comodo Support Portal Is Changing!
As part of our continued commitment to our customers, we will be upgrading support.comodo.com! You can expect a slicker interface, along with faster and more secure access to Comodo's help resources!
When is support.comodo.com being upgraded?
On Saturday the 10th of May 2014 at 8:00 AM BST support.comodo.com will be unavailable for a period of 24 hours. If everything goes to Plan, support.comodo.com will be back up and running at 08:00 AM BST Sunday the 11th of May 2014.
What will happen to my tickets?
They will still be there once the upgrade procedure is complete! You will be able to access your tickets in the same way as before!
Will I have to change my password?
You dont have to do a thing! All of the user information is being transferred during the upgrade!
